WHEN USING TAHITIAN BLUE SKIN CARE PRODUCTS, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT.  In addition. When using these particular services, such as coaching and mentorship programs, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines, rules and policies when entered into such services.  Any participation in these services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of services, please do not use this service.

Tahitian Blue is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.  Tahitian Blue products are made for any skin type, if such an occurrence arises with client usage, Tahitian Blue is not responsible or liable for any damage done to client for products purchased on or through our Tahitian Blue website.    

Our Tahitian Blue website and original content, features, and functionality are owned by Yvonne Henderson, founder and CEO of Tahitian Blue and are fully protected by intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.  Tahitian Blue does not provide, sell or partner with any advertising businesses, trades or companies. Our clients information remains with and for purposes of Tahitian Blue. Tahitian Blue has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  If dissatisfied with any product please email Tahitian Blue within the 30 days original purchase requesting a full refund. Stating claims as to dissatisfaction of product and return the merchandise to Tahitian Blue. Product must be received and postmarked no later than 30 days of original product purchase.  If product and claim is accepted by Tahitian Blue within the 30 days of original purchase Tahitian Blue will refund the entire purchase amount in exchange for items returned.

If Tahitian Blue deems a client using our Tahitian Blue website abusive, obnoxious or untrustworthy to Tahitian Blue, its products or reputation, Tahitian Blue has the right to refuse service.  Resulting in terminating to the access of our website and products via the website without cause or notice which may result in the forfeiture and dated with your account. All provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.  

Tahitian Blue reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.  If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site.
